The Beginning
Production commenced at the Kozhikode plant with a capacity of 25,000 tyres per month, marking the beginning of Zatco’s manufacturing journey at zahi 1.
Expanding Capacity
Production capacity was increased to 50,000 tyres per month, reflecting the company’s growing manufacturing capabilities and increasing demand.
Reaching New Heights
Production capacity reached 1,00,000 tyres per month, marking a significant step forward in Zatco’s growth and manufacturing scale.
Scaling Further
Production capacity was doubled to 2,00,000 tyres per month, strengthening Zatco’s position as a growing tyre manufacturer.
A Major Milestone: New Factory at Palakkad
A new manufacturing facility was established at Palakkad, marking a major expansion in Zatco’s manufacturing journey. Mixing operations commenced at the new facility, laying the foundation for the next phase of growth and large-scale tyre production.
A New Era: Production Begins at Zatco Unit 2, Palakkad
The first tyre was successfully cured at the Palakkad factory, officially marking the beginning of tyre production at Zatco Unit 2. This milestone represents the successful transition from establishing the new facility to commencing manufacturing operations.
